Refund Policy

At TokoTales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, and with original tags.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior approval for a return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is by returning the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
